At Cornerstone Academy, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience an unforgettable summer filled with creativity, learning, and (most importantly) adventure! From fun field trips around Kenosha to hands-on crafts that help spark their imagination, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. It’s time for your little one to make long-lasting memories at Cornerstone’s summer camp!
Please note: Registration is not confirmed until the summer camp enrollment fee is paid.
There’s so much to see in the summertime, which is why we like to take your child on a new and exciting field trip each week of camp. From visiting local businesses to seeing animals at the zoo, there’s no shortage of places your child will get to explore!
The weather is warm and the sun is shining, so we want to make sure your kids get outside to enjoy it. We organize activities that promote fresh air and movement, such as soccer, swimming, kickball, hiking, and so much more!
Now that school is out, summer camp is the next best way for your child to make new friends and interact with their peers. That’s why we plan fun games, crafts, and excursions that encourage your child to socialize with their peers.
Discover how sending your child to summer camp encourages them to stay active, connect with others, and boosts overall child development!
In order to participate in summer camp, a registration fee is required for each child enrolled. This fee will cover the cost of all field trips taken and supplies needed to make this summer camp a success! While a paid registration fee guarantees your spot in our summer camp program, enrollment is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your registration fee is not paid by the due date, your child will be unable to participate in summer camp. This registration fee can be added to your weekly billing, but your spot is not guaranteed until the registration fee is paid.
To be eligible to enroll in our summer camp, your child must be between the ages of 5 and 12. We offer different programs during the summer for younger children, such as our Infant & Baby Daycare, Toddler Daycare, and Preschool Daycare, in order to ensure a safe and age-appropriate experience.
Your child should bring a backpack, a change of clothes, tennis shoes, a reusable water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, and lunch. We recommend that, outside of those items, your child does not bring any toys or electronics from home.
No, we do not provide meals at summer camp. Parents or guardians are required to send their child with a packed lunch every day. Although we do have food on hand in the event that a lunch is forgotten, it should not be relied upon. Milk and water will be provided during snack and lunch times.
While we understand that you miss your child when they’re away, we encourage parents to refrain from visiting during summer camp hours.
Your child is required to be enrolled for a minimum of two days a week in order to be eligible for summer camp.
